As our Customer Service Specialist, Alison is the first point of contact for anyone calling or visiting our office.  From scheduling appointments to all the day-to-day, behind the scenes details, she provides support with a smile to everyone with whom she interacts. Her commitment to the genuine comfort and care of our current and future clients is rooted in more than two decades of upscale concierge service with both fine dining and hotel establishments.

While not a Texas Native, Alison “got here as soon as she could” to study at Southern Methodist University.  She holds a BA in Psychology and a minor in Fine Arts.
