With over 30 years of experience in the financial industry, Todd Rabalais brings a seasoned, thoughtful approach to wealth management. As the founder and CEO of Innovative Estate Management, Todd specializes in helping clients grow, protect, and transfer their wealth through comprehensive retirement strategies. His guiding philosophy “Start the planning process early and save even more than you think is necessary”—reflects the practical wisdom that has earned him lasting trust with his clients.
Todd's holistic approach integrates tax and legal planning through strategic partnerships with local professionals, ensuring clients receive well-rounded, personalized guidance. Todd began his career in 1993 with a property and casualty company in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, before joining a financial planning firm in Dallas, Texas, where he rose to Wealth Management Director. In 2015, he co-founded Innovative Estate Management and later became sole owner. He holds licenses in life insurance, health insurance, and annuities, and has passed the Series 65 securities exam.
When he's not serving clients, Todd enjoys spending time with the love of his life, his wife Michelle—Innovative Estate Management’s Chief Operating Officer—and their Cavachon, Callie. They have been married since 1997 and have two adult daughters, Lauren and Lindsay. Outside the office, Todd’s perfect day includes swimming, biking, golfing, and escaping the Texas heat through travel.
