Michelle Rabalais
Marketing and Operations Director
Passionate, meticulous and community-oriented, Michelle serves as marketing director at Innovative Estate Management. Her journey with the firm began in 2020, after an active season as a “professional volunteer” while raising her two daughters. A detail-driven person who thrives in planning events and meeting new people, Michelle finds great joy in her role of creating new connections.
For many years, Michelle’s calling lay in community service. She has served on numerous boards, from soccer to choir, and even the neighborhood HOA. She honed her leadership and event planning skills as chair of successful galas for The Children’s Chorus of Collin County, assumed the presidency of various PTAs and the Children’s Chorus.
Born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Michelle has lived in Allen, Texas, since 2008. She shares this home with her husband of more than 25 years, Todd Rabalais, and a Cavachon, Callie. They have two adult daughters, Lindsay and Lauren, who live and work in Boston, Massachusetts and Dallas, Texas, respectively. Each daughter also has a very special “grandcat” to visit: Skittles back east and Nemo down the road in Dallas. Outside of work, Michelle loves to explore cooking, wine, reading and traveling.
Michelle’s journey has culminated in the joy of working alongside her best friend, Todd. Having been a stay-at-home mom for 22 years, Michelle says transitioning into professional life with him has been a delightful adventure that doesn’t feel like work at all but a rewarding extension of her passion for service and connection. And, how many people can say that they get to work with their best friend?
