Passionate, meticulous, and deeply community-oriented, Michelle Rabalais serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Innovative Estate Management. Since joining the firm in 2020, Michelle has brought her unique blend of organizational precision and people-first energy to every aspect of her role—thriving on event planning, operational excellence, and forging meaningful client relationships.

Before stepping into the professional sphere, Michelle dedicated many years to community service while raising her two daughters. Her volunteer leadership includes serving on a wide range of boards—from youth soccer to choir to her neighborhood HOA. She chaired major fundraising galas for organizations like The Children’s Chorus of Collin County and Allen Community Outreach and has held presidential roles in several civic groups. These experiences honed her leadership, logistics, and relationship-building skills, all of which she now brings to her work at Innovative Estate Management.

Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Michelle has called home in Allen, Texas since 2008. She and her husband of more than 29 years, Todd Rabalais, share their home with their Cavachon, Callie. Their two daughters, Lindsay and Lauren, now live and work in Boston, Massachusetts, and Dallas, Texas, respectively.

When she’s not working, Michelle enjoys cooking, wine tasting, reading, and traveling. Her transition into professional life after 22 years as a stay-at-home mom has been, in her words, “a delightful adventure”—especially because she gets to work alongside Todd, her husband and best friend. For Michelle, the journey from volunteerism to executive leadership is not just a career path—it’s a meaningful extension of her lifelong passion for service and connection.
