Shelby is a dynamic team member and dedicated executive assistant at Innovative Estate Management. Since joining the firm in 2018, she has made it her mission to build relationships and offer support in helping clients gain confidence in their retirement plans. Shelby says she gets her job satisfaction directly from seeing clients enjoy the life they’ve worked so hard to achieve.

Inspired by a desire to build relationships and guide people toward accomplishing their retirement goals, Shelby entered this industry ready to make a difference. Before joining our team, Shelby served as the director of operations at Peak American Financial, a role that honed her skills and ignited her passion for helping others navigate their financial futures. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in multidisciplinary studies from the University of Texas at San Antonio with focus areas in business, geology and geography.

Shelby lives in Dallas, Texas. When she’s not in the office, she loves to travel and experience new places, as well as spend quality time with friends.
